
Generating conversations with new potential clients through IG DMs, inbound calls, etc.
Recouping and re-setting leads who didn’t initially close (follow-up).
Call or message leads as soon as they opt in through a funnel (IG DMs, VSL, Webinar, etc.)
Call and DM each lead daily after opt-in until they book and show up to calls.
Ensure maximum appointment show-up rate through proactive follow-ups.
Call booked appointments to qualify and confirm attendance and increase show-up rate.
Schedule calls for both the company and its clients.
Maintain a minimum 70% show-up rate for booked calls.
Document and track all calls and appointments in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
Follow up on no-shows and reschedule accordingly.
Provide daily reports on lead follow-up progress and call performance.
Start part-time and transition to full-time as demand grows.
Attend daily team check-ins and provide updates on appointment setting.
Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales.
Knowledge of how to make calls from GoHighLevel (GHL).
Fluent in English with an American or British accent.
Strong people skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Ability to confidently lead prospects to book calls.
Reliable high-speed internet for seamless calling.
A quality headset for clear voice communication.
Comfortable using CRM and call tracking tools.
Proactive in following up with leads.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain accurate records.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Part-time initially, transitioning to full-time with demand.
Available during 12PM - 8PM EST work hours.
Pay: 5% Commission on Cash Collected
